Customer-centric Returns Policy

We are fortunate not to need to deal with returns often, due to the industry leading standards and the Max Health Lab Quality Guarantee. However, if you wish to return anything bought from us, we will refund for a product provided it meets the conditions below.

We guarantee your satisfaction and will:

  • offer 14 calendar days to rerun a product from the date you received it
  • Issue a full refund for a product that is unopened and in fully resalable condition
  • Issue a refund of 50% of the purchase price for returned products that have at least 50% of the product remaining (powder products not included)

You need to be responsible for postage costs and handling charges necessary for returning the product. When you send the product back to us, please make sure you put a copy of your order in the package. Uponsafe reception, a refund for the product will start being processed. You will be responsible for the product you are going to return till we receive it. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for returning the product.

Refund will be made only to the credit card you used at your purchase. Credit card refund times vary by bank; some will take a few days and others longer. For any further questions, please directly contact your credit card company.
