NMN has been studied by leading researchers for its benefits and effects on mice. In a study published in a journal Cell, results show that NMN essentially reinvigorate faltering blood flow in aging mice. The mice given NMN added their treadmill run time by 60% in comparison to animals that didn’t receive the molecule. They doubled their exercise endurance — to levels that are equivalent or even surpassed that of younger mice.

To answerthis question, we can share the first human clinical studyfor NMN conducted in Japan in 2016. The studywas an internationally collaborated between Keio University School ofMedicine in Tokyo and Washington University School of Medicine in St Louis.It was mainly led by Professor Hiroshi Itoh and his team in Keio Universitywith Professor Shinichiro Imai also involved.
In 2018, another study of NMN was published in Cell – quote “Treatment of mice with NAD precursor – nicotinamide mononucleotide improves vascular and increases endurance in ageing mice”. It has given NMN added endorsement on NMN’s anti-aging benefits.
